Page Jump Category

(1) Server-side jump

The average user does not feel the actual behavior of the jump, and is often controlled by code, so sometimes we are not called jumps. There are many specific server-side jump behaviors, and each language technology has its own characteristics.

(2) Client jump

The client jump is divided into: http layer jump, application layer jump.
Application layer jumps are divided into: html head jump, js jump, and so on.

The http jump refers to the process of returning the status code by http according to the working condition, and using the http redirect protocol to instruct the client browser to jump to the corresponding page. The general return code is 302.

html head jump (HTML refresh)

Add a special label to the head of the html code, as follows

Various jump introduction

(1) Server-side jump

Introduction: The jump happens on the server and the user does not feel anything.
Advantages: The jump behavior is performed on the server, and a tcp connection completes the related operations, which is transparent to the user and does not cause confusion.
Disadvantages: The information is hidden from the user, and the jump behavior occurs on the server side, which is stressful on the server.

(2) http jump

Introduction: The jump occurs when the server generates data to the client, and the user can feel it, and the status code is often 302.
Advantages: fast response, the same tcp connection can be used through the appropriate settings under the http1.1 protocol, saving network time, and the server and the client do not need to perform additional data processing work, saving time.
Disadvantages: There is no other function to jump only. Jumps based on js and html can select delay jump, but 302 cannot select delay jump.

(3) html head jump

Introduction: The jump occurs after the server has transmitted the data to the client, and the user can feel it.
Advantages: flexible jump mode, you can specify delay jump, etc.
Disadvantages: It is possible to establish a tcp connection multiple times, which is less efficient in a low-speed network and wastes client time.

(4) js jump

Introduction: The jump occurs after the server has transmitted the data to the client, and the user can feel it.
